To add a file + file link, on the WYSIWYG find the Insert Link button. If you have not found it already, it is the emblematic representation of a link in a chain. Now you can create a link to a page in our site, an external page, or a file on our server. For present purposes we are interested in a file link. Click 'Browse server' button. If the file is already there on our server, you can highlight a file, and click on the green tick with 'Insert file' to generate a link to it. If the file is not there, click 'Upload'. Once you have sent it to the server, it will appear among the listed files, and you can then create a link to it as above.
